First Lady Tonya White
Lady Tonya White was born and raised in the Capital City of New Jersey, Trenton. She attended the Trenton School district up until middle school. Upon moving to Ewing Township, she continued her schooling in the Ewing Township School District, graduating from Ewing High School.
Lady Tonya attended The College of New Jersey (formerly known as “Trenton State College”) where she assisted several Psychology professors with lesson planning. While attending college, she also had the awesome opportunity to sing with the “Trenton State Gospel Choir”. Lady White studied Christian Education at Linconia School of Ministry in Trevose, Pa. and at Manna Bible institute in Philadelphia, Pa. She is currently enrolled with Liberty University in pursuit of receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Religion-Christian Counseling.
Lady Tonya’s childhood church home was Friendship Baptist Church Trenton, NJ where the late Reverend Willie J. Sanders was Pastor. Immediately after marrying, she attended Bethel United Holy Church of America (UHCA) in Trenton where Elder Richard Wilson served as Pastor. While under his tutelage she served as financial secretary for the South Jersey Department of the Northern District of the United Holy Church of America. Lady Tonya moved on with her growing family to Linconia Tabernacle Christian Center, Trevose, Pa. where Bishop Kenneth White serves as Senior Pastor. Here in this church home she served in many capacities including Superintendent of Sunday School, Sunday School Financial secretary, Vice President of the Usher Department, intercessor, and member of the Women of Destinies Ministry.
Lady White is a certified Parenting Educator. She was employed with the Lakeside Educational Network where her responsibilities included educating parents who experienced challenges with daily life issues that were seemly overwhelming. Lady Tonya also obtained a License in Cosmetology and took on the added enjoy from helping to beautify the physical person in addition to the spiritual person.
Lady White is the Founder and Organizer of the Daughters of Zion Ministries which is in two locations: Shiloh Community Fellowship Ministries in Asbury Park, NJ and Home Based in Bensalem, Pa. This women’s ministry was established 2012. Lady Tonya has always had a fondness for God’s People and is passionate for women who are hurting. She believes that there are no boundaries for reaching the lost no matter the background, differences in cultures, race or creed. She believes that as Christians, it is our responsibly to make certain that we are “wholly” committed to Christ, allowing ourselves to be filled with a spirit of “godly influence.” An Influence that is readily received because our livesexemplify the God that we serve.
Although God has allowed Lady Tonya to accomplish such feats, it hasn’t been an easy Journey. There have been some physical limitations that has challenged her greatly but the grace of God has strengthened her and has kept her moving forward. Her favorite scripture: Romans 8:18-19, “For I reckon that the suffering of this present time is not worthy to be compare to the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God”.
Lady Tonya married her high school sweetheart Bishop Mark E. White Sr. and have celebrated 33 years of marriage. They have two lovely children, Candyce and Elliott, Jr.; and, through their marriages have embraced as their own children, two wonderful spouses, Justin Johnson Creadle and Crystal White, Jr. Bishop and Lady White have five (5) grandchildren Jonah, Kyle, Elijah, Cameron and Mia.
